This has to be the worst nail place. They don’t file your nails down. Your nails are thick as hell. It’s just a mess then they overcharge you. My receipt said additional charges the craziest thing I’ve ever experienced.

There are no prices listed anywhere so before I sat down for my pedicure I asked how much it would be. She said $50 with gel and I said that was fine. Then I asked how much for spa pedicure and she said $55. I sat down and started soaking my feet. She then walked up and said she made a mistake. The services weren't going to be $65 they were actually $70. I stated that she never said $65 she said $55. She stated that she never said that. I said fine. If I misheard that is fine but I am not paying $70 as I had agreed to a different amount before sitting down. Her RESPONSE?? was 'you can afford $5 more dollars". I could only think... you are also here fighting over $5 with me. If it is really that insignificant why are you even having this conversation with me. I simply said I would go somewhere else and left. How dare they get combatative with a costumer and from the reviews I can see it is something they clearly do. If you have to come here and there is no where else to go. Make sure you repeat the price you agreed to before getting the service and stand up for yourself if they decide to add more to the final price.

I would never return to this salon. There was a woman’s getting her nails done who was using her phone on speaker, very loudly, during my entire pedicure. At times her conversation was so loud and personal, it should not have been allowed to continue for the comfort of the other patrons. But it didn’t end there, during my manicure, the same woman (now seated directly behind me) shouted a new conversation back and forth with another woman sitting in the furthest pedicure chair. While the workers, laughing and speaking in their native language, rolled their eyes, no one asked her to tone it down. It’s a shame because I went there to relax and enjoy myself and the woman who did my nails did an excellent job and was absolutely lovely, but this was anything but a relaxing experience for me. I can only assume since the establishment did nothing to correct it, that it happens routinely. I will never return.

Lisa did my nails and My Nails were atrocious. Didn’t file any of them evenly, acrylic is also different sizes and shapes. My nails are different lengths. Took over an hour. I had to ask repeatedly to cut them shorter. She only did one layer of matte and it looks absolutely awful. She didn’t even push back my cuticles, and the acryclic didn’t even reach the bottom of my nails.not to mention my nails are wayyyy to thick and she left the acrylic behind my nails. None of the tools were cleaned. I could see other peoples skin when she was cutting my cuticles on my toes. Very uncleanly, don’t reccomend

I haven’t gotten my nails done in years. I decided to go here because it had the best reviews in my area and I needed a self care day. The two women who worked on my pedicure and manicure were super nice. The massages never last as long as I’d like, but i was still taken care of. Anna did a great job on my pedicure and Hoa did exactly what I asked for on my nails. I asked for an almond shape because a Google search told me that was what it’s called. Another woman there, Lisa, seemed to be ridiculing Hoa saying my nails are not almond shaped. Hoa asked me, her customer, if the shape was ok and it’s exactly what I was looking for. I wear a lot of black, it’s just what I like. But Lisa kept making sarcastic comments to me and Hoa like, “oh yellow!” And just seemed to be picking on Hoa. I wanted a simple set of almond shaped nails and Hoa did exactly that. I just didn’t appreciate her coworker giving me and her a hard time about the service. I am satisfied with my nails and any small imperfection isn’t that noticeable. Long story short, I got what I wanted, they aren’t perfect, and Lisa’s comments were unappreciated.
